11/10/2004 - Quiet weekend
A credit to everyone that was down over the weekend for a completely incident free couple of days. At one stage over the weekend we had in excess of 25 kiters in the bay, however people spread themselves out with advanced riders at one end, beginners at the other and intermediates in between.
Thankfully, other than a kite falling out of the sky on launch due to a too-short 5th line no one hit the beach or any other rider which is admirable in 25kts of wind and with plenty of other people out passing each other.
Well done to all the beginner/intermediate riders who got way up wind of where the main action was taking place and thanks to everyone for not buzzing the dozen+ students we had out each day.
